About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a fully remote position focused on improving and managing SEO efforts for both our company website and a portfolio of client websites. The ideal candidate is a results-driven SEO expert with a strong understanding of the e-commerce industry and the US market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and optimize SEO strategies across multiple websites (in-house and clients).
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (on-site, off-site, and technical SEO) and deliver and implement actionable recommendations.
• Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
• Optimize website content, metadata, and internal linking structures for search performance.
• Monitor and improve technical SEO elements such as site speed, crawlability, indexing, and mobile usability.
• Execute off-site SEO strategies, including link-building.
• Track and analyze website performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other industry-standard tools.
• Prepare regular SEO reports and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
• Collaborate closely with content teams, developers, and designers to ensure SEO is integrated into all web projects.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of proven SEO experience, with a strong focus on e-commerce websites and the US market.
• Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and others.
• Understanding of website architecture as it relates to SEO.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal English fluency is essential.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Must be available to work Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
