Once you are logged in, you’ll be redirected to your Shopify admin dashboard, where you’ll be able to manage your store’s settings and close your account.
From the admin dashboard, you’ll be able to locate the “Settings” tab on the left bottom corner of the admin page. From the settings menu, clock on “Billing”. From the Billing section, you’ll be able to view your account billing information
Now that you are in the Billing section, you will be able to view details about your current subscription, including the plan you're on, and the following billing date. From here, you can choose to cancel your Shopify subscription by clicking on the “Manage” button.
